Dr. Meadows and Alta View Sports Medicine merged with Granger Medical Clinic on October 10, 2018.  Granger Medical Clinic is one of the largest independent, physician-owned medical clinic groups in Utah.  They are excited to expand the orthopedic and sports medicine physicians already within the system.  Dr. Meadows is excited to work within a group of experienced orthopedic specialists that help patients with any disorder or disease of the musculoskeletal system across the Salt Lake Valley, be it diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or rehabilitation.

Granger Orthopedics and Sports Medicine has provided excellent service to the Greater Salt Lake area for over 64 years, complimenting Alta View Sports Medicine Center’s 30 years of superior orthopedic care. As a multi-specialty clinic, Granger Medical offers over 160 medical providers in 20 locations.  One of the goals of this merger is to help improve the quality of medical orthopedic care in a cost-effective way in the ever-changing field of healthcare.

Dr. Meadows and Alta View Sports Medicine’s services at Alta View and Lone Peak Hospitals join Granger Medical Clinic’s 30 specialists and four urgent care centers across the Salt Lake Valley.  Dr. Meadows’ services will remain the same through the merger, including facility associations, staff, locations, services and accepted insurance.  Dr. Meadows will continue to see patients at both the Sandy office (in the Life Center building near Alta View Hospital) and at the Draper office in the Lone Peak Hospital Specialty Building (Building 3).  For an appointment, call 801-571-9433.
